Can I get pregnant from this

My boyfriend and I use condoms to prevent pregnancy. This time he put on the condom himself and he was touching the penis while rolling down the condom. Is it possible that he was touching pre cum while rolling the condom and then the pre cum was transferred to the outside. We had sex right after he put it on and I usually check the condom afterwards (pour water into it) and it had no breaks or tears.
