Idk what to do. Anymore 😢

My son has been having bold spots on his head I already took him to the doctors they first told me it was like a fungus then they told me it was dandrum I just don’t know anymore it’s been 3 months I have put some cream for ringworm I have tried a shampoo that the doctor recommended and it hasn’t gone away. I made another appointment again so they can refer to me to a childrens hospital in just stressed. I tell my husband idk if it was to do with the food he eat. His a very very picky eater and loves sweets a lot I tell him we need to deworm him maybe? And start changing his diet/ foods please help 😖
