How did being a single mom go at first?

My boyfriend and I are splitting up. We’re going to try co parenting(we’re not leaving on bad terms) and we’ll be spending 4 days each with our 10 month old daughter, then alternating. He’ll have family to help him but I’ll be completely alone. How did it go for you at first? When the baby was gone, was it very hard? I’ve always been the one to wake up with her so I know nights will be hard. Be honest please, I want the truth on everything!
