bleeding after methotrexate

at 4w5d i had an ectopic pregnancy, B-hcg levels were 174 the day i got my methotrexate shot. I received the shot on 1/30, began spotting brown 02/01 and never stopped.. today 02/05 i’m bleeding like a period with mild period cramps. is this normal ? my OB seems to be brushing me off and giving me no info so I’m in the process of switching but in the meantime i would love your input? i get my blood levels checked again on Wednesday to see what they are but until then I’m freaking out … just want this to be over already
