Is this normal?

I just changed my 2 year old sons pamper and I noticed his poop was reddish. His poop has never been this color and I’m kind of concerned. Has anyone experienced changing their babies diaper and seeing this?

It depends on a few things. Has baby eaten anything that could contribute to the color? Is baby straining to poop cresting broken blood vessels around the anus? Does baby have dry, cracked skin in that area causing bleeding? Is baby pooping out blood? 
My kids’ poop will frequently have reddish pieces (TMI) depending on what they’ve eaten.

Is this normal?
