Sent home with contractions

Hey y’all, I went in to labor and delivery last night and they kept me overnight for contractions. I also found out I have preeclampsia and a BV infection which they thought was causing my contractions. They gave me a shot to relax my uterus and my contractions stopped for maybe an hour. I got discharged this morning, having mild contractions, and I’ve been home for a couple hours. I just woke up and I’m having some more mild cramps, doesn’t matter how I lay down on which side or which position I’m laying, nothing helps. They said they aren’t going to progress my labor, (I’m already 3cm dilated) but I didn’t dilate more last night through this morning, but they’re not going to stop it anymore. Any advice to relieve contractions or idk, progress my labor? I’m only 35+4 weeks, I’ve had the shots for her lungs and preterm labor last week was stopped a separate time. I’m being induced in 9 days if I can hold off..
