Help!!!

Hi guys hope your okay i had some sad news today .. and I need your help because my heads all over the place 🤧 I am currently 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and on the 5th of feb I went to hospital because I was experiencing non severe cramp but no bleeding I had blood tests done and my hcg level was 75 so I go back today to get more bloods done and they have gone down to 25 and said I’m likely to be miscarriaging but still no bleeding I have morning sickness sae boobs and I’m ringing my doctors tomorrow see if they can refer me to the early pregnancy unit for a scan to see if they can detect a heart beat I’ve read online that sometimes your levels can drop but then can possibly go back up and that some lady’s end up going on to having a healthy happy baby has this happened to anyone and it ended in a positive situation literally praying rn 🙏 ❤️
