Covid Positive

Just found out I tested positive for covid and idk what to do. I’m 9 weeks pregnant so I’m not sure what medicines and stuff I can take. Also I have a toddler. My mom says she can keep her until I get better but everyone saying my daughter probably already exposed. I’m probably going to quarantine with my bf since we were together and he feels sick as well. should i leave my daughter with my mom though?

also i haven’t mentioned to my mom that i’m pregnant and she’s trying to give me medicine such as tempra and ibuprofen so idk if i should tell her
