Advice needed (rashes on baby)

Not June baby related.

My little girl is 4 months old (EBF) and for 3 days now she has had these rashes appear and spreading. Her entire body is filled with them. She is slightly itchy as well.

The doctors think it could be milk allergy, viral infection or eczema.

From birth she has had bad reflux and colic and still has them. She has been pooing about 6 times a day, with the colour being yellow and green.

Has anyone ever seen something similar and can offer any advice?

They gave me some cream but the chemist doesn't have it and told me to stop having dairy for 4 weeks.
