Is this amniotic fluid??

Have been in contact with doc as was told to wait an hour with pad. Called because this started this morning and have not had this discharge before in my previous pregnancies..regardless should be checked out. It is not watery but wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this discharge and it was amniotic fluid
