I need you help

Hey ladies - 

I need your help. I am trying to word a tricky notification that will pop up for users who have been using Glow for one year to encourage them to seek medical help. If you were getting this in-app notification, how would you want it worded so that it was sensitive yet encouraging?

OPTION 1 

Glow recommends that after 12 months of trying for a baby, you seek medical help. 

OPTION 2

If you are worried about not being able to get pregnant, seeking medical help might be the best next step. 

OPTION 3 

(Any better ideas?)
