What age are these books appropriate for?

All these books discuss family topics - some about siblings, some about parents, some LGBTQ, some not. I saw a lot of people say that any topics that about sexual orientation or gender identity should not be discussed in school until kids are older, maybe in sex-ed. So I'm curious if the books in this list seem inappropriate for under 10.

Additionally, I'm curious if anyone thinks we need legislation to ban schools (including school counselors) from discussing only the ones that mention same-sex relationships or transgender.
