Hebrew names?

So my second daughters name is Daphne and originally I wanted to use another Hebrew name with her, my first daughter has one. But for Daphne’s name some places it’s listed as Hebrew some places it’s listed as Greek. Why is that? Anyone know? I’m assuming it’s because it’s a translation in Greek? Like my name is an English translation. Can anyone confirm that or know why it says that? Was it never even a Hebrew name?
