Abuse

Hi mommas, I can use some uplifting and advice. I finally got a restraining order on my 2 1/2 year olds father. My son kept coming home with bruises, cuts, suspension on sexual abuse, night terrors, infant like behavior and a busted mouth for 3 months. My son told me he was “popped” in the mouth. My sons father also as a case with special victims unit and dss. Hospitals, doctors and his therapist have reappeared this. My son has to see a therapist due to this. I have court Tuesday and I was told I possibly won’t be a year protection because my sons age, I supposedly can’t testify for him and nobody seen what was done. His father can also say he “fell” but repeatedly?! I feel like the system is failing my baby.

I have videos and photos time and date stamped with all the bodily injuries to show this was how he looked when he came back.
