Lower uterus Cramps

Ok, I wanna preface that I’m a FTM here. I’ve experienced the tightness in the upper part of my belly and it gets kind of hard for a period. I’m assuming that’s a Braxton Hick.

What I’m not sure of is a cramping in my lower uterus? It feels like a very severe period cramp. It happened twice last night after sex. I’ve experienced it 1 other time when no sex or masturbation has occurred (so it was random)
