Is anyone else suffering from terrible lower back pain?

My beautiful boy, Ragnar, was born 12/5 after 40 hours of labor and 6 hours of pushing we ended up needing a c section.  I have had the worst lower back pain and it seems to only get worse (or stay the same) and not let up. Has any one else experienced this?

After a 24 hr labor that ended in a c section I have really bad tailbone pain from sitting upright in those damn hospital beds. It's almost been a week since labor and I still can't sit right without having horrible pain. Maybe that's what you're feeling?

When I got my epidural with both of my kids, my lower back where the epidural was placed would ALWAYS hurt and it was a dull aching pain, when it was cold outside and my shirt was lifted up on my back I would get a sharp pain where the epidural was.
