Issues holding urine in 5 y.o.

Does anyone have experience with their 5 year old still wetting the bed and having issues holding their bladder during the day at times? The daytime wetting is MUCH less common than It used to be, but it’s every single night that he fills a pull up and at least once a week the bed is wet from him overfilling a pull up. My oldest has maybe 1 bed wetting incident after potty training so this is new to me. He’s been fully potty trained for >2 years. I plan to talk to his dr about it at his appt he has coming up, just wondering if anyone has experience.
