Feeding issues

My 10.5 months old baby girl is troubling me up with her bottle feed ... even after being hungry for 2/3 hours she doesn’t drink more than 2 oz ... hungry here means (no food plus bottle )

Tho everybody counters me weirded question about not being a good mom as I’m

Not treating my child well ... matter of fact she doesn’t drink more than 1.5/2 oz of milk no matter how hungry she is ... I have tried many ways to keep her hungry for 2/3 hours Max 4 hours so that she drinks more of the milk but she doesn’t even tho she takes 3 meals a day which includes half or sometimes

Full egg , 1.5 oz of milk for lunch she takes 1 sausage / steamed veggies half cup n 1.5 oz of milk or sometimes 2 / for dinner she eats if she wants to otherwise she sleeps after drinking milk

Need help :(
