Pacifier

My son is almost 18 months (less than a week) and we’ve given him his pacifier for sleep only. I was planning to start weaning further tonight. Then I realized we go on vacation to another state (flying) in April and he will be in a new place completely with new people. He will be overwhelmed and possibly upset. I am also due with baby #2 in June. He turns 2 in August.

Should I wean tonight like I planned to? Or should I wait until after the vacation? Or until he’s after 2?
