So confused..

Okay so on Sunday I got my HCG levels checked, then again on Wednesday, my levels went from 55 to 240. Which is a good rise, (I think). But according to my LMP I should be 5w2d right now. So on the date of my second blood draw I would’ve been 5w exactly. Is this a normal level? I’m not used to this stuff this is my first pregnancy I’ve ever been concerned and taken the blood tests. The hospital HCG “chart” is sooo much different then the pampers chart or any other chart I find online so it’s throwing me off. Here’s the charts/results for reference..
