Ectopic pregnancy treatment

After slow rising HCG levels this week, my doctor feels like this is ectopic. I had a pregnancy of unknown location in Feb. 2019 which was treated with two doses of Methotrexate.

It was the worst experience of my life and I do not want to do that again. Not to mention we are scheduled to do our 3rd round of IVF in a few weeks (this pregnancy was spontaneous and a huge shock) and the MTX means we would be set back a minimum of 3 months with our IVF cycle.

Do you know what other treatment options I have for ectopic resolution? My levels are so low that I doubt they will be able to see anything on an ultrasound at this point to know where it implanted. I am physically SICK to my stomach thinking about having to go through this all over again. Just hoping I have options.
