What could this mean?

Today I got a faint positive. I’m currently ttc so I took the test early. My period was due in 3 days. (Picture of test below) it’s a very faint line. I also got a faint line and two other test.
Apparently I would be only 4 weeks so i know very early. 
Tonight I peed and wiped and there was the smallest account of blood. Like light pick discharge and on the tissue there was red specks. Could this mean I’m having a chemical pregnancy? What should I do? Retest after my period is late? Advice?

It unfortunately could mean chemical but there’s also a chance it won’t. Some women bleed/spot throughout pregnancy and baby turns out perfectly fine

There is no way to know if it’s a chemical or not. It wouldn’t be implantation since you have a positive test that would have been prior. It could just be some bleeding and not mean much. For my first pregnancy I spotted twice once at 5 weeks and again at 7 weeks. I didn’t know I was pregnant at the time but I kept track of all bleeding. When I did my test when I was like wait let me check if I’m pregnant I got a solid positive. I would wait it out, and maybe retest tomorrow or Sunday. Best of luck and hoping it’s a sticky bean.

I caught my pregnancy very early on. My first test was also faint and I think I was 4 weeks. A few days later, I had a bit of pale pink when I wiped, I believe it was from implantation. I am 9 weeks pregnant today 🥰 t
