Feeling useless sad and just blah

Am 12 weeks and 5 days

Was told that I will probably have to go on sugar meds and blood pressure meds...have another appointment in March to determine this.

I homeschool my daughter and we are a week behind...we have been ahead so far untill this week....i feel like I'm failing both my daughter and the unborn baby....

Have had a migrain for 2 weeks now...and all doctor will say I can take is extra strength tylenol....

Just feel useless...and crappy... ohh and I was told that since I'm plus size can only gain 7 to 8 pounds.

My first pregnancy wasn't like this at all...
