5 weeks 3 days spotting

I’m currently 5 weeks and 3 days and every time I go pee I have light pink/ red blood on the toilet paper. I would say it’s not enough to fill a panty liner. Then I have some cramping but barely. I’m also light headed but I feel like that’s because I’m freaking out. This is my third pregnancy and I’ve never had any type of spotting before. My second kid was born and had to have heart surgery. So I’m just worried something is wrong with this baby.. my doctors office is closed today. What should I do?
