Baby #2?

Question

Has anyone had babies very close apart? It is recommended to wait at least 18-24 months for your body to fully heal in between pregnancies and to avoid the baby being born prematurely/with ailments. I want to start trying for number 2 but I am 6 months pp so if all goes well my babies would be 15 months apart. Has anyone had issues due to pregnancies being too close?

It’s definitely best for your body to wait longer. My brothers are 15 months apart and I remember my mom having a longer healing time when the second one was born and then it was basically like raising twins so it can be a lot of work

My first two are 14 months apart, totally fine.

My brother and sister are 10 months apart, not planned. My daughter and son will be 18-19 months apart but it was planned. We started trying when my daughter was 4 months and had a miscarriage, she was 11 months when we conceived, im now 27 weeks

Mine are 16 months apart. They are both perfectly healthy and both of my pregnancies were smooth and straight forward. I love the age gap!

Mine are 15 months apart! Best decision I ever made :) I did have a very healthy uncomplicated pregnancy/ birth with my first. I also went to the doctor to get the all clear beforehand. Second pregnancy was also healthy and textbook. She was induced at 42 so definitely didn’t come early lol

My first 2 are 14 months apart. Then 2 and 3 are 18 months apart. 3 and 4 are 18 months apart. 4 and 5 are 20 months apart. And 5 and 6 will be 13 months apart.
