Ruptured ovary cyst

I’ll try to make this short. The past 2 days I’ve been in so much pain in my left side. I finally caved and went to the ER, after an incident at work. So, I had a cyst that ruptured on my left ovary. They didn’t tell me much else besides there was a good amount of fluid on that side. I’ve been taking Tylenol for the pain, but that doesn’t seem to cut it. I didn’t get prescribed anything which I was fine with. However the pain is still there and it gets worse every so often. The one thing that really stuck out to me though was that my blood sugar was low. They had to give me dextrose through my iv. I’ve never had any issues with my bs. Is that a normal thing? Anyone have any experience they can share? Thanks ladies.
