Ive been using too much progesterone cream will baby be ok 😭

So ive been using (now progesterone cream) its natural from wild yams i used it when i was pregnant with my daughter and shes been the only sucsessful birth i have had out of 5.

Ive just read online weeks 3 to 4 to use 20mg morning then same at night.

Then 5 weeks through to 7 to use 30mg

I was using 1 pump (20mg) morning and then again at night at 4 weeks so (40mg daily) then ive just reached 5 weeks will be 6 friday and ive been using x2 pumps which is (40mg) in morning and then at night so (80mg daily)

Ive been going over the limit by (20mg) all this week and im nervous i may of done somthing wrong to baby but i am now scared to reduce it incase i cause a miscarriage help!! Xx
