LONG and posted before sorry

i’m 24+6 weeks today, i don’t know when i conceived bc my last period was September 10 so doc didn’t go off lmp. i maybe could’ve ovulated a month after my period bc oct 4 is the 2 weeks factored into my due date. i am assuming due to calculations that i would have conceived second week of October since i’m due July the 11. i was having a lot of unprotected sex in october. i’m just wondering though, is there any way i could be this far along and still conceived November 1? there was a one night stand with some guy that i deeply regret but it was a 15 second altercation and pulled out( i know it’s still a chance) but with the guy from all october he full on was cumming in me multiple days a week(don’t judge please) i’m happy to be pregnant so i don’t need that lecture. but i am just trying to rule out there’s no way it could be from November 1 right ? everyone on this app said it couldn’t be from November. at this point i feel like doctors would tell me if they calculated my due date way off like that and i keep telling myself my dating scan could’ve been wrong. they told me i was 8 weeks 2days dec 1 so if it were from november i believe i wouldn’t even be 2 months yet. even tho that would actually make me 6 weeks 2 days its still earlier than November 1 when i count back. i had a strong 176 heart beat through abdominal scan. all of my scans haven’t been measured off and i feel like they look accurate. thank you for any advice or words hopefully not rude. here’s 8 weeks 2 days on dec 1 and 13 weeks 1 day on jan 4th.
