Nervous about my rescan today

Hopefully 2/22/22 brings us good luck. Going in for a rescan today hope to rule out ectopic.. I’m nervous my hcg is quite doubling but I’ve read so many different things .. as long as it’s rising it is good. I had a scan last week at 6 weeks 2/3 days and my dr couldn’t see anything.. it really has me scared .. I’m hoping I’m just earlier then I thought but ectopic was mentioned but I really haven’t been feeling any pain or have been bleeding.. hoping for a positive outcome. Has anyone been in the same situation and had a positive outcome with slow/ lower hcg levels?
