Hormonal headaches/migraine

Does anyone else get hormonal migraines? Every period (a very regular period), I get a migraine/headache that lasts 3 days or sometimes the entire duration of my period. OB told me my only option is birth control which I can’t even fucking take because I also get Auras and hormonal birth control is incredibly dangerous if you suffer from Auras. Has anyone found how to best treat their hormonal headaches?
