TMI bloody mucus

Can someone please help me out. I’m 38 weeks with my first baby. At my 38 week appointment yesterday, my OB checked my cervix and said I was completely closed. I noticed her fingers were in there a little longer then the last time. I’m not sure if she was sweeping my membrane, but she said “sorry your cervix is far back there”. After I left I immediately started having discharge mixed with blood. I figured maybe the exam made me bleed a little bc the cervix is very vascular. But it’s been 24 hours and im still having pink discharge. Is that my mucus plug?

I really have a feeling she did a membrane sweep and didn’t tell me. At my 36 week appointment she used a pap speculum for my GBS swab. Said it was only a GBS swab, and I found out by looking at my patient portal that she was actually STD testing me.
