Suggestions?

Hi everyone!

I feel kind of silly writing this today but truthfully I’m at a complete loss. My period as of today is 46 days late. According to my B/C my period is due this upcoming Sunday. This will be the third period I’ve missed if it doesn’t come. I’ve had my period a few days to a week late in the past but never to this extent. Except when I experienced a chemical pregnancy a little less than a year ago. I’m having all the same symptoms I did then + more. All the research I do points back to pregnancy. Now obviously I’ve tested. I tested two weeks ago and it came back negative. I haven’t test again because I feel my period that late would’ve shown? I called my general Primary Care but they’re booked over a month out for phone appointments and almost two months out for in person visits. The last OB I saw was a pretty negative experience and my insurance only covers her.

I just feel at a complete loss. Has anyone been in this situation before? What steps should I be taking? Or do I just wait this out for another month?
