Constant feeding

Hi all, second time mama here but first time successfully breastfeeding. Just wondering if anyone is, was or has been in the same boat as me when it comes to my 12 week old daughter constantly feeding hourly or just less than that during the day but will sleep all night. The problem is I also have a toddler who needs my attention and my hands are full of baby all the time. How or when will she start to space it out? She also hates being put down or passed to anyone else so it's a real pickle I'm in. Don't get me wrong I love it all but sometimes I need some me time. She also won't take a bottle or pacifier and only sleeps on me during the day. If I try to put her into bed she'll wake and we will start the process again. Any advice would be good! 😅
