Am I in the wrong?

So I basically have to “beg” my husband to have sex with me. It’s been like this for 3 years. He’ll have sex with me once a week, he never initiates it’s always me, and the sex is MAYBE 10 minutes long... this past week I’ve asked him everyday to have sex and everyday he gives me a different excuse, he’s tired, he doesn’t feel like it, he just ate etc. So it’s made me feel really unwanted and I brought it up to him tonight and he literally doesn’t care. Told me to go find someone else then if all I want to do is have sex (not true), that he doesn’t care, and he told me that he’s tired of me and maybe that’s why he doesn’t want to have sex with me anymore. What would you do? He refuses to go to counseling...
