How do I tell someone I really like I have them? He’s in the military and said he just got a full blood screening done and his was negative but I still didn’t tell him about mine. We haven’t had sex. I was thinking… if telling him in like a week because I just got my birth control and I’ll tell him I got tested last week when I got it and I got my results… I’m just scared.. I’ve never told anyone..

If you're not already you should be taking L lysine daily as a preventative. 
With that said that is a way you can approach it. So I have herpes but I'm taking a daily vitamin that prevents outbreaks.. or i have herpes but haven't had a breakout in over a year... or whatever.

Well first, just because you’re on birth control doesn’t mean you can skip condoms in your case. 
Be sure to wear condoms EVERY SINGLE TIME unless actively trying to have a baby. That will help to protect him from catching it and you can both feel at ease. Don’t have sex at all when you have an outbreak or open sores 
There’s no reason to be afraid. What’s the worst thing that can happen? He says he isn’t interested? 
That’s okay! YOU WILL BE OK! 
It’s way more common than you’d think but just own it. Be honest and see what happens. Let him know that condoms will be used every time!

Starting any relationship with a lie isn't healthy and will just lead to more issues down the road. It's best to be honest and upfront about it, don't lie and at you just found out when you already knew. If he finds out (which odds are eventually he will if you stay together long enough) it will bea problem because you started off lying to them. Even though it's not really about him, people take those things personally and he may take is as you don't respect him or something similar. Then there's the risk of him questioning EVERYTHING from that moment on. Avoid the possible headaches and just bite the bullet and tell him the truth.
