Does this mean I’ve had a UTI/infection and no one told me?

I had a bad infection in January that was discovered late because we had covid and weren’t allowed in to some places until symptom free. I’ve been in the hospital 2-3 times this month for bleeding/spotting while pregnant and they claimed they could never discover why and that the urine sample they took from me each time seemed normal. My OB also ordered blood work and a urine sample (because of insurance and billing, they don’t do it in their office) and he got the results sent back but they never told me either. And actually, his staff said aside from a few things of bloodwork, everything looked fine to them. This morning I went into preterm labor and am in the hospital to see if they can stop it. I got a notification that said a lab they took uploaded to the patient portal. Today’s results flagged multiple things that I knew were symptoms of what seems like a UTI to me, even though they again never mentioned it, and looking back (it’s the same hospital), urine results from as early as 2/4 was flagged similarly, just not as severe as it is now. I am upset because I feel it played a part in my baby now trying to come early and wish someone would’ve said something sooner. Why would they tell me it all looks fine if it doesn’t?
