Influenza A

Just shy of 27 weeks and I got influenza after my toddler had it all week. I’m absolutely miserable. I am taking Tylenol, safe cough meds, resting, and staying hydrated. What else can I do?! I am struggling to sleep because the body aches are so bad. Also, wondering what symptoms would warrant calling my OB?
