Braxton hicks?

Question

So this is baby number 3, im 30+4 , for the past almost 5 hours i have been having i believe braxton hicks contractions.... I feel my bells get very tight for about a min and it goes away, no pain or anything.... Should i call the ob or go in to be checked? I have an appt tomorrow at the office
Edit to add... Having anywhere from 2 to 5 an hr

I’ve had them a lot with several pregnancies. I have a very active job where I’m on my feet all day so that can cause them. Dehydration can also cause them, so make sure to drink lots of water! 
In my opinion I wouldn’t call the doc, they most likely will tell you there are normal. Unless there is pain and they are regularly spaced apart. But if you are worried talk to your OB, better safe then sorry.
I had them pretty much daily from around 24 weeks with my son and he was born at 41+5 and I had to be induced lol, so they definitely weren’t the start of labour for me!

I would give the office a call, are they regularly spaced apart? I was reading about them earlier and if you have more than 4 an hr to call your OB. Have you tried all the tricks to get them to ease? Drink water, take a rest, empty your bladder, etc.

I get more than 5 an hour very often. I’m a previous pregnancy I was checked out because of this and they said everything was fine, I just had a really sensitive uterus.

I honestly think you are ok. I get them A LOt! And have had way more than four in an hour sometimes. Usually when I’m dehydrated or overdid something during the day. Drinking water and changing positions helps!
