Low placenta - bleeding 16 weeks pregnant

So I’ve been bleeding for about a month straight. Like a light period. The doctor said it’s nothing to worry about and I could see a specialist if I wanted but he’s not sure what they could do. What would you do? One doctor said my placenta was too low and no sex at all and the other doctor said it’s too early to tell and not worry. Bleeding is a symptom of low placentas though. I have no idea what to do.
