4.5month old terrible reflux?!

Not June babe related, I prefer this group over my October 2021 group 😬

So Hailey is 4.5 months old (will be 5 on the 10) lately she’s been fighting her naps like crazy. She cries and cries as if someone is stabbing her. I’ve tried multiple wake windows, 1,5/2/2.5 and nothing seems to be working. Now on top of fighting her naps, it seems like everytime she needs to go down she has terrible reflux. She’s had reflux since about a month old but not like this. I can hear it in her throat, so raspy, you can hear it going up and down and sometimes clear mucous comes out when she coughs. The only time she will fall asleep and not “always” cry/complain is if she falls asleep on the breast, she almost always stays sleeping but I have to keep her on me.

I’m looking for help or guidance. She’s breastfeed, can it be my diet? Should I look into medication for her? I’ve given her the homeopathic cocyntal products and it takes a while and few to help her.

I’m desperate…. I have an appointment with her pediatrician March 14 but until then I might just blow my brains out 🥴
