It varies, especially when I can’t sleep at night, and it’s 4 o’clock in the morning, and I think to myself you know what I might as well just flick the bean. It usually works, there are times when my hormones are high, and it’s a couple times a day, there are times when it’s once a day, and then there’s times when I don’t do it for weeks, because I’m too busy or I’m exhausted and I pass right out or whatever else.
