Baby boy is almost 2 months and has this, what is it? And what can I do for it?

I was always told that white bumps means yeast infection which is common around their necks.

Could be the texture of his skin, which can fade out. Or just a rash  or baby acne

Looks like a allergic reaction. New laundry powder?? Or if you're breastfeeding, did you eat something different which baby is allergic to eg. milk?

For the neck, make sure it’s dry and put Vaseline on it. It’s just like a drool/heat rash kind of thing.
