Feeling down

Had a miscarriage two weeks ago. Doctor cleared me to ttc again. Started noticing ewcm so I started using opks. Got a smiley face yesterday and took a look at test line and it was very dark. Today I tested again and got an empty circle indicating no surge. I’ve never had this happen. Did I just ovulate yesterday later in the day (previous day had no surge in the morning and line was faint)?

Also when I got pregnant, I was having sex every day and day of ovulation twice (in morning and at night). This month I figured I would ovulate today so we’ve just been having sex once a day. This makes me feel like it isn’t enough and I’m already out even though I know that isn’t true.

Can someone leave some positivity here bc I need it.
