Std??? Wtf do I do lol *tw*

So im 17.. I was like raped in 1st grade. But I've never noticed any problems ~down there~ until after I got my first period... my left lip is like really dark (im caucasian) and like droopy and stretchy and I cabt like feel it if I pinch it or whatever.... shoukd I be concerned? Also with discharge.... my discharge is all over the place.... I feel like I've seen every shade of white, yellow, and green in my panties..... what do I do? Is this normal???
