Second iui fail

Feeling bummed out. Was really optimistic for our second iui. I had two follicles, one on each side measuring 21mm and 22mm the day of trigger. And my husbands counts were 31m post wash. We’ve been categorized as unexplained infertility. I just don’t understand… I feel like on paper everything should work 😢 any tips or anyone have success stories on their third IUI? I don’t even know what we will do after the third iui…
