How do I fix this on doordash?

Don’t know where else to post this. I live in an apartment complex. There’s two sides and each side has its own street name. Like many complexes there’s a main gate where you can enter and exit through and just an exit gate. Any time I order from doordash it send our dasher to the exit gate. I’m not sure how to fix this as it’s very frustrating for both of us. I try to put on the notes that the gate to enter is on the main road not around the corner like doordash says but I’m not sure they see it since they always go to the exit gate. How can I fix this?

Our complex is set up where basically the right side is east street and left is west street but both sides have the same numbers. And since we’re one the side where the exit gate is, it always sends dashers there.
