Pregnancy test after 1 month of sex accuracy

Me and my boyfriend had sex last January 21. My last menstruation before that is on December 18, 2021 and I haven't got my period on my expected week of January. I took pregnancy tests on 2nd, 3rd week, and 1 month after sex and it all resulted negative, I also got my period on February 9 which is 7 days long. Is my pregnancy tests already accurate?

I am still cautious and scared because I am not yet ready to have a baby and I am reading other women getting their period regularly but still pregnant. Another thing is I am bloating, I am not sure if I am just overthinking and lack exercise.
