Dry Skin
So, I have eczema and my skin is always super dry. I don’t produce enough oil in my body, I can’t even sweat. So my skin is always flaking everywhere. I moisturize before bedtime, but it seems like my dry skin still clings to my sheets.
Has anyone found a solution? I use to sleep on a throw blanket so I could just pull the blanket off and dump the dry skin in the floor than vacuum it up but I got some nice cotton sheets and a cotton blanket and I’ve been sleeping with them now. I wake up my and dry skin has clung to my sheets. I can’t wash them everyday, it’ll ruin the threading. I’ll wash my sheets and comforter once a week. The dry skin feels like bread crumbs and it’s very uncomfortable! I have to take my sheets off and dust it before bed, it takes a lot of energy to do so.
