LO not rolling over

My LO is 4 months tomorrow (3/6) and she has yet to roll over. She can hold her head up, but shows no interest in rolling over. She also HATES tummy time. No matter the toys around she wants nothing to do with it. She will only do it on my chest when she first wakes up and then a boppy pillow for about 10 mins in the morning. I know those count but she can’t roll over in either of those positions. Anyone have advice or tips? She’s meeting all the other milestones but most things I read and friends I talk to said she should be rolling over by now. I have her 4 month appt with the pediatrician on the 9th.
