In a relationship or just not....

I've known this person for along time. My folks like him a lot. And we have been on and off. With his work he had been busy. I have as well. I got kids And newly devorice. He have been talking and texting almost everyday. And it's little stuff that he's thinking long term. Like wants to cuddle through out the seasons and always thinking about me. And ready to settle down. And he excepts me for me. He see me without my makeup and my sweat pants. And seen me doll up. As a mother to my kids as well. But he hasn't ask me to be more? Should I be patience for that. When all the talk we had and just keep going as is.
